Lames is a Junior Associate at the Firm, advising local and international clients on a broad range of commercial legal matters. She combines rigorous legal analysis with a commercial perspective, delivering advice that is precise, practical, and aligned with each client’s objectives and needs. Lames drafts agreements, deeds, and legal memoranda tailored to each client’s requirements. She also advises on foreign investment set-up and company formation in Saudi Arabia, as well as handling legal cases before the Commercial Court, the Enforcement Court, the Labour Court, and the General Court.

Lames holds a law degree from Prince Sultan University and is fluent in Arabic and English, allowing her to serve the Firm’s diverse clientele seamlessly across both languages.
